Dear Families,

We just got official notice that our PTA has been granted 501(c)3 nonprofit status! That means all donations to the PTA going back to Jan. 2018 are tax deductible. Thanks to the hard work of our parents - especially Jennifer Spain, Kim Youngberg and Bob Osborne. This is a huge boost to our fundraising efforts. Please keep 75 Morton in mind as you consider your end of year giving. Your funds pay for our staff and students':

  • Professional Development

  • Books

  • Technology

  • Arts materials

  • Phys Ed equipment

  • Music instruments and accessories

  • Science and Lab equipment

  • Supplies

We really need your support! You can complete THIS FORM, which we mailed home with a letter on Friday, or you can donate online by clicking on THIS LINK.

More important news! We are adjusting our morning entrance routines. We are OPENING DOORS AT 8:25am starting January 7. Students will now go directly upstairs to their lockers and to Advisory. Students who eat breakfast at school will enter through the Greenwich Street doors at 8:10am.

To remind everyone:

Students are expected to be sitting in Advisory by 8:40am. They are marked late by 8:45am. Please know your child should get to school in time to go to their locker and then to Advisory by 8:40am. Arriving at school at 8:39 does not allow time to get to class by 8:40am.

Wherever you are on the vacation ahead, I hope you are reading alongside your children for a bit of time every day. Modeling your reading life is very important. Have a lovely break and HAPPY NEW YEAR! See you in 2019!

With Respect,

Jacqui
