SCHOOL NEEDS YOUR EMERGENCY CONTACT INFORMATION
In the event of an emergency, the school needs to be able to contact you or your designees. Each student needs to have a completed Blue Card. Complete the online Blue Card. If you have more than one student attending 75 Morton, please complete a separate form for each.

NYC SCHOOLS ACCOUNT (NYCSA)
NYC Schools Account (NYCSA) is a web-based application that lets you see your child’s academic and biographic information on any computer, phone, or tablet. In the MyStudent account, you can see a child’s attendance, grades, test scores, enrollment history, etc.

SCHOOL SUPPLY contribution
Each student needs to bring a backpack and pen/pencil on the first day of school. Our faculty has done all the school supplies ordering for you. All we need from you is to pay your $75 contribution for your student’s supplies HERE.
Please note change: All students will get a new id when they begin school in September.
For students of families experiencing financial hardship, supplies will be provided to them at school.
SUMMER ASSIGNMENT
There is just one assignment for the summer: READ!
At least 5 books. Any 5. Any genre. Any length. Stack your books in a particular order known only to you. Take a picture of yourself with your stack of books. Bring the picture with you on the first day of school.
